Try this first
These three fixes resolve about 80% of reports. Worth 30 seconds before you write up the details.
- 01Update SyncX. Settings, About, Check for updates. Most issues are already fixed in the latest version.
- 02Check the URL is a user-curated playlist, not a Spotify-curated one. Save it to your library and paste your copy if needed.
- 03For 'File missing' badges after moving folders, run Settings, Advanced, Scan for moved files.

- + A screenshot of the error or unexpected screen
- + What you tried before reporting (restart, scan, re-match, etc.)
